Nothing beats a Friday after-school treat.
Having seen some hype about Sweet Dream Ice Cream, we decided to check out the new kid on the block Sweet Dream Ice Cream.
And what a treat it was!
Situated on Village Road, it’s next door to Jooma, inside the Crazy Korean.
Friendly service paired with THE most delicious ice cream, it’s no wonder there was a queue out the door.
My boys and their friend opted for the double scoop sugar cone each. (Cones have a yummy cinnamon twist to them). Mom’s watching her weight but I definitely needed a small taste of theirs. They ordered Biscuits and Milk, Double Chocolate and (my favourite) Salted Caramel. (Seriously, you HAVE to taste the Salted Caramel).
Unfortunately they had run out of waffles, as the owner wasn’t expecting such a massive crowd on their second day open. But the chef was already prepping more batter, so we’ll forgive them – it’s an excuse to go back again! Other flavours on offer were Choc Mint, Lemon Cheese Cake and Strawberry Swirl and I got some inside info that there’ll soon be Milkshakes added to their menu. Sweet Dream Ice Cream offers home delivery on tubs as well as vegan options, and pride themselves on naturally infused flavours.
We will definitely SEE them again soon and can highly recommend you experience this #dreamy ice cream for yourself. You absolutely won’t regret it!
