My journey in this industry has been defined by resilience and a deep commitment to fostering inclusive opportunities.
In 2007, I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer, which led me through numerous treatments with the unwavering belief that “Giving up is never an option.”
By February 2023, I emerged stronger, channelling my focus into hope, empathy, and inclusivity in all that I do.
My dedication to excellence and lifelong learning is evident in my participation as a speaker at the 4th Annual Disability, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Africa Conference, where I shared insights on inclusive recruitment practices. My expertise spans MS Office Suite, Boolean Searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various recruitment platforms.
Having held roles from Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to Recruitment Manager, Iβve demonstrated strategic leadership and innovative recruitment strategies. My academic background includes diplomas in Sales, Marketing, and Business Management from WITS University.
My personal journey with cancer fuelled my passion for disability inclusion.
