Meet Ronel Bricknell
Meet Ronel Bricknell, the face of Century 21 Upper Highway. Ronel, a fiercely passionate woman that is not only a dedicated property agent but also an Anti-Fireworks Activist that enjoys fishing and Dry-brush painting. When not pursuing her hobbies Ronel focuses on her corse passion; Property. She comes from an investigative background, and she has used her attention to detail as an advantage in Real Estate. We recently met with Ronel to find out a little bit more about her and her passion for property as well as what it takes to be a successful agent.
Here is what Ronel had to say
It really is easy to do your job efficiently when you love it as much as I do. I am hands-on, and give up my time willingly to serve my sellers – doing show houses, putting out our ‘for sale’, ‘on-show’ and ‘sold boards’, and simply making sure that your homes remain my priority until sold.
Offring a bespoke solution, I am a salesperson, with knowledge of property law, banking, building, architecture, interior design, negotiating, plumbing, electrics, quantity surveying, painting, psychology, and valuating. I assist with getting plans, having addendums signed, collecting left behind items, pet sitting, pool cleaning and gardening, to mention a few.
Dedication means that I work seven days a week, all hours. Sunday afternoons, public holidays, after working hours. I walk the streets, knocking on doors, doing drops etc. to offer our services. I work for hours marketing and showing a property. I rely on my intuitive sense of judgment on meeting with potential buyers, but also prequalify my buyers to better serve my sellers interests.
There is nothing that I consider EXTRA service to make sure your home is sold in the shortest period of time and for the most amount of money. I do the “not our job” things with as much enthusiasm as the “our job” things. I thrive on stress – so all your difficult requests are challenges that I rise to. I work tirelessly to make a sale happen.
